Europe Begins Wolf Extermination: Agreement Signed!

The extermination of wolves continues around the world! It doesn’t matter where we are: in vast Russia, Europe, or the USA—everywhere it’s the same, as if following a "manual" for collective genocide of the gray wolf. And it’s happening on an aggressive and utterly horrifying scale.

Moreover, scientific assessments are available from our Russian scientists, as well as American and European ones. As for all the other "dependent countries," I’ll keep silent. For instance, in the CIS countries, there’s the same program for purging wolves from nature! In African countries, which have long been colonial satellites of leading powers. In South America! Everywhere.

The entire global governmental machine is just plowing through wild nature without brakes, destroying all life around it and copying each other's methods! Officials even tell us: "We kill animals because it’s normal in Europe." And the same officials shout: "We need our own sovereign path."

No one talks about the importance of wolves in ecosystems; scientific research is ignored, and the genocide of wolves is turned into a "show" and a budget money laundering scheme. In the end, it’s ordinary citizens who pay for this—those who have probably never even seen wolves in their lives!

In the European Union, wolves were under protection for a long time after they were almost completely exterminated. That is, wolves nearly became extinct, and they were put under protection. But in 2023, the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, suddenly declared that wolves must urgently be killed because they pose a threat to livestock.

Literally: "The concentration of wolf packs in certain regions of Europe has become a real threat, especially to livestock."

Here’s the situation. In September 2023, European media published news that wolves allegedly killed an elderly pony named Dolly, owned by von der Leyen. This happened in northern Germany, at her countryside home.

After this, the head of the European Commission began demanding a review of the wolf protection status in EU countries. She announced that she would seek amendments to the Bern Convention on the conservation of European wildlife and natural habitats. The goal is simple: to allow wolves to be shot in all EU countries.

This immediately sparked a strong reaction from international conservation organizations. The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) declared that the demand to kill wolves was outrageous and "lacks scientific evidence to justify such a significant step."

One of WWF’s biodiversity experts, Sabien Limans, stated that this decision is motivated solely by the personal reasons of the "elderly Ursula von der Leyen."

Moreover, according to scientists, the EU Commission published research on the growing wolf population that was funded by von der Leyen herself. This research claims that the wolf population in the EU is now about 20,300 individuals. These figures make no sense, as leading global specialists who have been monitoring wolves for years are shocked by such data.

Furthermore, the funded study states that wolves kill at least 65,000 livestock annually. The highest numbers are in Spain, France, and Italy, where farmers are compensated for killed animals.

Let’s make a side note here. I wrote about this in my book "The Right to Life" in defense of wolves. The fact is that losses of livestock are often falsely attributed to wolves in order to obtain profits (compensation) from the state! Regional officials, in collusion with farmers, use this to "launder" huge budget funds.

Even in the funded study by the head of the European Commission, it’s stated that over the past 40 years, there have been no recorded fatal wolf attacks on humans.

Throughout the year, the European Commission collected the necessary documents to legalize wolf killings, and active negotiations were held with EU member states. On December 3, 2024, dozens of countries unanimously approved the lowering of the wolf's protection status in Europe.

A total of 49 member states of the Bern Convention, as well as some African countries that are their colonial satellites, gave their approval.

The first to speak out was Ursula von der Leyen herself, rejoicing that now wolves would be "severely punished" for killing her elderly pony. Incidentally, according to available data, her pony was most likely killed by a pack of stray dogs! This was also reported by nature conservationists. 

Here’s what Ursula said right after the European countries signed the agreement to exterminate wolves: "We need a balanced approach that combines wildlife conservation and the protection of our livelihoods."

In turn, conservationists expressed their opposition to this madness.

"The risk of lowering this status lies in the weakening or even disappearance of this species in Europe," said Yan Lorance from WWF’s France office.

"This decision is political and demagogic," stated Nathan Horrenberger, head of the French biodiversity conservation association.

The Green Impact environmental association called this decision "a disgrace" and promised to appeal to European courts.

The most terrifying part here is that officials TOTALLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND WOLF BEHAVIOR or the consequences of their extermination. I’m not even talking about ecological losses; it’s about escalating conflicts! Killing wolves disrupts pack behavior, as wolves hunt and live as a family. By killing part of the pack and destroying it, people provoke even greater wolf incursions into populated areas in search of food.

These are SIMPLE things! But for some reason, neither our bureaucratic officials advocating for wolf extermination nor Western ones are capable of understanding them.

Starting March 7, 2025, the agreement on wolf extermination in Europe will take effect! From that day, a mass slaughter of nature’s guardians will begin—wolves, who were only just starting to recover their populations after nearly COMPLETE extermination by humans.

The European Hunting Association (FACE) rejoices along with Ursula von der Leyen! They called this an all-around victory and are already prepared to start shooting wolves. They eagerly await the opening of the season!

In turn, the European farmers’ organization Copa-Cogeca declared this "an important step forward in managing wolf populations and harmonious coexistence."

Similarly, in the USA and Russia, hunting communities are interested in "trophy" hunting of wolves, as this species is prestigious. Meanwhile, large livestock businesses and industrial farming are keen to eliminate any conflicts with wolves. They do not want to install modern technical solutions or invest in nature conservation; it’s easier for them to purge it for their immediate profits.

And now, at the end of this material, I probably have to say how intense this confrontation is and how indifferent the world really is to protecting the environment around us! Over 300 environmental organizations have opposed wolf extermination, sending a collective letter to the EU. The letter stated that there is no scientific evidence to show that shooting wolves reduces attacks on livestock. They suggested using ELEMENTARY methods that have already proven effective in many regions! For example, just installing fences around pastures—something no one is trying to do today.

Why spend money? Kill the wolves, and that’s the end of it! Right?

This is how, even when 300 ORGANIZATIONS unanimously demand an end to wolf extermination, THERE ARE NO RESULTS. The existing system continues to move by inertia, but de facto, it’s already dead and incapable of understanding what it’s doing and why.

Immediately after signing the agreement on wolf extermination, EU countries began insisting on relaxing the hunting of brown bears and other animals.

Pandora’s box is open.
