Seasonal Projects for Wildlife Protection: Are You Ready to Participate?

Pavel Pashkov
Support

What can we do to protect wildlife? What actions can we take to support animals and help them withstand human pressure?

Currently, we are identifying problems, looking for ways to solve them, and forming a public demand. We are uniting! We manage to slow down dangerous legislation and engage in dialogue with the government. Of course, we would like more, but we are acting on our own. Recent statistics show that only 0.8% of people are interested in ecology, while 99.2% of society is more interested in politics and social processes.

Besides working with the system to identify and solve ecological problems, I believe it is necessary to expand our work directly in the wild.

Every winter, we conduct the "Help Birds" project, attracting tens of thousands of people from all over Russia to directly help our feathered friends. The fact is that ecological degradation and climate anomalies deliver a fatal blow to bird populations. Their food base disappears, forest fires destroy their young, and agricultural fields where birds come for food are littered with pesticides.

The bird is small. Its death goes unnoticed! Perhaps only a passerby kicks the little body into the bushes while walking down the street. Scientific studies on the global extinction of birds evoke no empathy in people because birds do not look like us and apparently are "not worth our tears."

We think otherwise! We believe that if birds need help, then we should stand up and help them. Without unnecessary words. This is exactly what we do every year: all winter, uniting allies across the country, we go into the forests and place nutritious feeders that are safe for nature.

The support mechanism for overwintering birds has shown high efficiency over the years! Yes, we cannot save everyone, but we can certainly save many. Each feeder can save at least 10 overwintering birds, and each bird can save on average 10 trees! Therefore, by placing just one feeder, you save at least 100 trees in the Russian Taiga. You activate the immune system process of the wild nature.

WE WANT MORE

In just a few days, the "Help Birds" project will be launched, and we will start saving overwintering birds. Throughout the winter, extensive work will be fully conducted by our own efforts, and we will attract tens of thousands of people, both adults and children, awakening their connection with nature.

But this summer, I thought about what more we could do! The winter bird assistance project has proven its effectiveness over many years, so why don't we carry out similar actions for other initiatives in other seasons?

By the fall of 2024, we developed a separate section with seasonal projects on my official website. You can see the cards "Winter," "Spring," "Summer," and "Autumn" on the main page. Starting from the upcoming winter bird assistance season, we will conduct continuous work to protect wildlife.

A timer is set for each season with the project opening date, after which the project page will open, and participation can begin. Upon expiration of the project, it will automatically close, making way for the next season's project. And so season by season!

The winter season remains unchanged - it's about helping overwintering birds, the most effective and understandable actions for everyone to protect nature. Other initiatives will be launched for the next seasons, starting in spring.

For example, in the summer season, we are preparing an extensive program to protect bees, which are now dying out worldwide! Those who have read my materials know that bees are on the brink of extinction, apiaries are closing, and beekeepers are going bankrupt. Not only wild bees are dying, but also domesticated ones.

And bees are the main pollinators of plants, the leading regulator of the ecological state of wildlife. They are crucial for our agriculture. The situation remains unchanged for now.

Can we do something to help? Yes, absolutely! And we are preparing a large-scale program that will be launched in the summer of 2025.

Projects for spring and autumn are also in development. We are keeping them a secret for now! First, we need to conduct extensive bird rescue work; the winter season will open soon.

WE

I want to remind you that these are our actions. We are not an organization, not a fund, not a state program. We follow the principle: no advertising, no sales or commerce, no lobbying for government or business interests.

Our main task is to trigger an immune response within society. Each of us should become a living immune cell that helps the entire organism survive. We should not only wake ourselves up but also "activate" those around us, leading them in the fight for Life.

Our actions, when we identify environmental problems and demand their solutions from the state, are a natural and very necessary process! In doing so, we heal the management system, become a necessary part of it, look for allies, and influence many processes.

However, seasonal nature protection projects, when tens of thousands of people simultaneously perform numerous actions, help heal and awaken society. Our environment! This triggers the immune reaction of Humanity.

HELPING BIRDS

The bird assistance project will be launched in a few days! Follow it on social media and on the website's main page for the countdown to the opening. Let's increase the scale of our actions.

It has no one but us.

Concept of TEPT

People have destroyed over 70% of all animals on the planet, and half of all plant species are on the verge of extinction. Yet, the situation remains unchanged! What needs to be done? We have developed the Concept of Total Ecological Peace Territories—a plan to prevent further destruction of Earth’s Biosphere.
